From our own motor to import of motor is to see, domestic medium-sized motor bearing load side, the general is to choose "medium roller bearings".
滑动轴承的径向承载能力是大大超过了计算值，但是允许转速则与电机实际的转速相差很少，造成了轴承达不到额定的使用寿命。但是进口中型电动机负荷侧的轴承一般是选用较大的“轻型滚珠轴承”，而空载侧则是选用比负荷侧小的“轻型滚子轴承”，这样不但保证了轴承的承载能力，而且轴承的允许转速大大超过了电机的实际转速，所以能达到或超过滑动轴承的使用寿命。根据我们对电机滑动轴承的分析和计算认为，滑动轴承的故障与滑动轴承的选用有着很大的关系。从我国的电机与进口的电机比较来看，国产中型电动机的负荷侧轴承，一般是选用“中型滚子轴承”。
